국악 전공자의 문화예술교육사 교육과정 이수 전략

Strategy for Art & Culture Education Instructors Curriculum of Korean Traditional Music Majors

문화예술교육사는 문화예술교육 관련 외에 문화예술교육에 관한 기획·진행·분석·평가 및 교수 등의 업무를 수행하는 자로서 법에 따라 자격이 부여된 사람을 말한다. 본 연구의 목적은 2013년도부터 시행하는 문화예술교육사 교육과정 중 국악분야 전공자들의 교육과정 이수 전략에 대하여 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 문화예술교육사의 제도적 측면에 대하여 검토하고, 교육과정의 중요 내용을 살핀 다음, 이를 바탕으로 국악전공자들의 문화예술교육사 과정 이수 전략을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 문화예술교육사가 되기 위해 필요한 자격요건과 자격 취득경로, 교육과정 내용, 등급 구분, 등급에 따른 활동 내용 제도적인 측면과 전망에 대하여 안목과 전문지식을 갖추어야 한다. 둘째, 예술전문성, 직무소양, 교수역량(이상 2급), 예술교육전문성, 직무소양(이상 1급) 등으로 이루어져있는 문화예술교육사 교육과정의 해당 과목들을 이해하고 충실하게 이수하도록 한다. 셋째, 문화예술교육사 자격증을 취득한 이후 학교 이외에 국공립공연장, 미술관, 도서관, 문화의집, 전수회관 등에서 선발하는 임용시험에 대비하여야 한다.

Art & Culture Education Instructors are people entitled by law to perform design, progress, analysis, evaluation, and business on Art & Culture Education. The purpose of the research is to clarify strategy of how to complete plan of study for Korean traditional music majors in Art & Culture Education Instructors curriculum beginning on 2013. For this, I examined institutional aspects of Art & Culture Education Instructors and studied important content of the curriculum. Consequently, I suggested strategies of studying courses of Korean traditional music in Art & Culture Education Instructor. First, it is required for Art & Culture Education Insturctors to have insight and expert knowledge about condition of eligibility, course of acquisition, contents of the course, and grade division in institutional aspects and prospects of these conditions. Secondly, you have to understand and complete a course for subjects consisting of the curriculum of Art & Culture Education Instructors which includes artistic professionalism, the knowledge of their duties, teaching capability (more than second-level), artistic educational professionals, the knowledge of their duties (more than first-level), etc. Lastly, you have to prepare for employment examination that is held not from school, but also public concert hall, art museum, cultural center, inheritance hall, etc. after getting certification of Art & Culture Education Instructors.
