Stake의 반응적 평가에 의한 음악과 창의적 체험활동을 통한 인성교육 활성화 방안에 대한 평가

The Evaluation on the Character Education through the Creative Experience Activity in Music by Stake s Responsive Evaluation

이 연구는 음악과 창의적 체험활동을 통한 인성교육 활성화 방안에 대한 효과적인 평가방법의 방향 제시를 위해서 Robert Stake의 반응적 평가를 음악 프로그램에 적용하는데 목적이 있다. 이론적 배경으로 구성주의 입장의 대안적 평가 로 제시되고 있는 Stake의 반응적 평가를 소개하고 가치를 중시하고 결과보다는 과정을 중시하는 Stake의 평가를 시기, 방법, 절차, 목표 설정으로 분류하여 음악과에서의 인성교육 활성화 방안에 적용하였다. 평가 방안 마련의 연구 초기 설계 단계부터 수립 단계를 거쳐 방안 마련, 방안 적용 단계, 적용 후의 전 과정을 음악과 프로그램의 평가 내용에 적합하게 적용하여 관찰 평가한다. 반응적 평가는 평가와 관계된 실제 프로그램에 관련된 사람들이 어떻게 인식하고 있는지가 중요하므로 음악과 창의적 체험활동을 통한 인성교육 활성화 방안에 관련된 음악교사, 학생, 학부모, 행정가 등 그들의 주관적 경험과 활동, 시간에 대한 이해와 평가 대상의 맥락, 자료의 주관성, 다원성 등을 중시해서 평가해야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to apply Robert Stake’s responsive evaluation on music programs to provide effective evaluation methods for the character education through the creative experience activity in music. For this, Stake’s responsive evaluation was introduced. Stake’s evaluation method was classified into time, method, procedure, goal establishment and applied to character education in music. Each stage including planning and applying methods was appropriately modified and applied for the contents of music program. The evaluation should consider the experience of music teachers, students, administrators, subjectivity of materials and pluralism because the perceptions of people who are related to evaluation programs are important to responsive evaluation.
