음악교사 임용시험 출제자가 알아야 할 출제기준

A Study on the Criteria for Making Exam Questions That the Examiners of the Music Teacher Employment Examination Should Know

교육감은 교육공무원의 임용권자로서 임용시험을 공고함에 있어 출제근거를 밝히고 있다. 출제근거는 교육과학기술부에서 고시한 대학의 기본 이수 과목 또는 분야에 표시된 교과목들이다. 시⋅도 교육청의 중등교사신규임용후보자선정경쟁시험공동관리위원회는 출제근거에 따라 출제기준을 마련하여 국가적 수준에서 제시하고 있는데, 이 기준은 2008년 한국교육과정평가원과 음악교육 관련 주요 학회에서 공동으로 마련한 ‘기본 이수 과목 또는 분야의 평가 영역 및 평가 내용 요소’이다. 이 연구는 국가적 수준에서 제시하고 있는 출제기준을 살펴보고, 이를 근거로 2012학년도 음악교사 임용시험 1차 문항을 검토한다. 이로써 음악교사 임용시험 출제자가 알아야 할 출제기준에 대해 상고한다. 궁극적으로 이 연구는 2013학년도 음악교사 임용시험 출제에 도움을 주기 위해 논의의 장을 여는 것을 목적으로 한다.

The superintendent of educational affairs with the right to hire educational public servants presents the grounds for making questions for the teacher employment examination in the examination announcement. The grounds are the basic subjects to take in college announced by Ministry of Education, Science and Technology or the subjects marked in each area. The joint committee of competitive exams to select new secondary school teachers among candidates in each municipal and provincial educational office sets a stable of criteria for making exam questions based on those grounds and presents them at the national level. The criteria are the evaluation areas and content elements of basic subjects or fields jointly set by Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation and major societies of music education in 2008. This study set out to examine the criteria for making exam questions presented at the national level and review the structures of the primary items of the music teacher employment examination of 2012 in order to carefully consider the criteria for making exam questions that the examiners of the music teacher employment examination should know. The ultimate purpose of the study was to provide assistance to the music teacher employment examination of 2013.
