가정과 유아교육기관의 음악교육활동 및 환경에 관한 실태조사

A Study on Real State of Musical Education Environment in Home and Kindergarten

본 논문은 가정과 유아교육기관의 음악교육환경을 개선하고 좋은 음악교육환경 조성을 위해 가정과 유아교육기관에서 제 공하는 음악교육 활동내용ㆍ악기 보유현황, 음악활동에 대한 교육적 효과에 대한 인식, 유아들이 선호하는 음악활동, 전통음악교육 등의 현황에 대한 실태조사를 하였다. 설문조사를 통해 유아기의 음악교육은 유아의 전인적인 성장 발달에 매우 중요한 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 가정과 유아교육기관에서 모두 깊이 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가정과 유아교육기관에서 행해지고 있는 음악활동이 노래 부르기 위주로 이루어지고 있으며 다른 음악활동들은 형식적으로 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 가정과 유아교육기관에서 유아들에게 더 많은 관심과 사랑을 갖고 유아 개개인의 음악적성과 음악적 능력을 파악하여 유아의 성장. 발달에 맞는 적절한 음악활동이 체계적이며 다양하게 이루어질 필요가 있음을 보여준다. 유아들의 음악적 잠재력을 개발하기 위해 가정과 유아교육기관에서 좀 더 다양하고 체계적인 음악활동이 이루어져야 하며 이를 위해 상호 간에 협력하고 지원하면 유아들을 위한 바람직한 음악교육환경 조성에 크게 도움이 될 것이라고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구는 가정과 유아교육기관의 음악교육 활동과 환경 실태를 파악하여 문제점을 개선하고 유아들의 음악교육 활동에 적절한 좋은 음악교육 환경을 제공하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의를 두었다.

The systematical education and appropriate education environments are very important for a mental and emotional development of early childhood so that they can grow to harmonized persons with creative thinking and excellent imagination and expression abilities. This study aims to help enlightenment of musical capabilities for the early child through systemization of musical education contents and improvement of musical education environments by identifying musical education contents such as musical education activities, status of musical instruments and songs preferred by the early child, etc. The results shows that the deficiency of teaching tools, materials, facilities and space of the institutes and the laked understanding of korean traditional music for the teachers have been caused sufficiently not to give more creative and interesting experiences for their musical abilities and talent and that homes and education institutes are necessary to provide for the early child with education environments to allow them to feel various musical experiences and interests in order to develop their musical capabilities.
