현대음악의 특수기법을 활용한 창의적 모둠활동 중심의 교수․학습 방안

A Study on Teaching-Learning Method Centered on Creative Group Activity Using the Special Techniques of Contemporary Music

본 연구의 목적은 중학교 학생들에게 현대음악의 특수기법을 활용해 감상 경험과 음악적 사고의 범위를 확대하며 음악과 예술에 대한 심미적 안목을 기르며 생활 속에서 음악적 창의력을 향상시키는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 문헌연구를 통해 현대음악과 교육과정 그리고 청소년의 발달과 창의적인 모둠학습의 전략에서 실제적인 방안을 탐색해 보았으며, 이를 기초로 현대음악의 특징 및 다양한 기법들을 고찰하여 중학생들의 발달과 흥미에 알맞은 기법을 교수․학습에 적용하기 위해 모둠학습 중심의 적극적인 음악활동을 모색하였다. 또한 현대음악의 특수기법을 살펴보고 이를 창의적인 모둠학습 활동에서 활용할 수 있는 음악활동 내용을 제시하였으며, 현대음악의 특수기법들을 모둠별로 탐구하는 협동학습 과정에서 자기주도적학습을 유도하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the techniques of contemporary music of the 21st century based on each element of music in an attempt to ensure creative class from the standpoint of comprehensive music education and explore the measures for the teaching and learning through collaborative activities necessary to acquire those techniques. In relation to the method of study, the characteristics of contemporary music in the 21st century and various techniques were considered and categorized on the basis of the element of music, so that the methods can be applied to the teaching, learning, and the collaborative activities, which would suit the level of the development and interest of high school students. Music activities which could be applied to the creativity classes were presented on the basis of each element of music, and the special techniques of contemporary music of the 21st century were explored on the basis of the collaborative activities in order to induce spontaneous discussions on th music in the course of collaborative learning. Those creative learning activities will be instrumental very much in increasing the comprehension about the contemporary music and help develop the ability to express an whole range of music naturally in a distinctive way without being constrained by the forms while exploring new sounds, ultimately helping develop the insight into the aesthetic aspect of music in routine life.
