2009학년도 초등교사임용시험의 음악 문항 타당성 분석

The goal of this study is to analyze validity on elementary school teacher employment examination tried newly in 2009 semester. Studied content is related to the 1st, the 2nd, and the 3rd examination content and volume related to music curriculum among 2009 elementary school teacher employment examination. Because all contents of the 1st and the 2nd test were opened by bibliographic data type, they were researched by literature. Because the 3rd test was not opened, its characteristic analysis was performed by collecting data from successful candidates of 2009 elementary school teacher employment examination. The conclusion of this study is as follows: Firstly, total course of elementary school teacher examination or suggested questions were limited to cognitive area among qualification of music teacher. In order to sincerely estimate qualification as music teacher, not only theory on music and music education, but also, there should be a step to estimate practical music ability such as playing and composing . Second, in music and education course, various musical concepts were suggested. But there were insufficient questions on them. In the 1st test, music should be changed into listening test type. Listening test minimizes expenses and also, it will be good method to estimate practical ability on music. Third, in the 2nd test, questions should be suggested in order to more precisely unify musical concept and curriculum pedagogy. In current education, musical concept was appointed to instruct real sound. So questions should be suggested by considering the fact. Fourth, in the 3rd test, practicalo test could be included but besides Jeju island, all other regions did not suggest content related to music. In the 3rd test, practical test on music should be included. In current course of teachers college, the whole contents, which should be educated in elementary school, are lectured and curriculum not treated in teacher employment examination may be limply managed. Therefore, as for practical ability requested to teach music in elementary school, teacher employment examination should treat it. Fifth, teacher employment examination should be a course to generally decide teacher s holistic ability. Currently, teacher employment examination has almost only devoted itself to estimating teacher s cognitive ability and especially, it puts too much gravity on English. Students should be evenly grown up well in the aspect of cognitive, mental, and definitive areas as well as knowledge, virtue, and body. Teachers should cultivate their instruction ability as well as recognition to plan even development of students. For it, as well as teacher education, even estimation on teacher s ability in employment examination is requested. In employment examination, teacher estimation, which can cultivate students holistic sense, should be performed.
