Introduction gives prove to actuality of the chosen research problems; purpose, object, subject and tasks are being defined; theoretical grounds are being disclosed; methods and steps of the investigation are being introduced; the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problems is given; the content and results of the experiment concerning the following objectives are being represented: 1. learning features of aptitude for music display in children 2. learning features of singing improvisation in children 3. learning psychological and emotional reactions in children with different level of musical and creative abilities For the first time within the framework of resolving the problem of musical abilities and singing, the complex integrative psychological and pedagogical approach has experimentally been used. The structure of the method includes complementary part: psychological diagnostics of creativity and emotionality in children and psychological musical examination.
