The purpose of this study is to provide the basic principle of multimedia to the music teachers so they can make use of it. Multimedia is an integrated system by the interaction with computer and human being integrating the information media like text, graphic, sound, visual information. It solves the problem of the number of the teacher and lack of the space, for it is available to seek for the whole learning program through the individual learning and it shortens the time of educational training. If it is connected with the network, studying is available beyond time and space and it can increase the power of students thought and build up the understanding through the complex experience of sensitivity, which is the education of third dimension. Music multimedia make it possible for students to have the dynamic direct experience, including the increase of learning desire, development of potential ability, inducement voluntary participation. Convenience of usage and manufacture, reeducation of teachers, the importance of media selection, building up the hi-tech of the facilities can make the music education possible in creative thinking. Therefore, it depends upon the music teachers constant effort, to develop the outcome of the multimedia.
