학습 이포트폴리오 활성화 전략에 대한 연구 : 학습이력관리시스템의 IPA와 SWOT분석을 기반으로

A Study on Promotive Strategies of ePortfolio System: Based on IPA and SWOT Analysis

본 연구는 학습이력관리시스템에 대한 IPA 및 SWOT 분석을 통하여, 향후 학습 이포트폴리오 구축 시 고려해야 할 활성화 전략에 대하여 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 전문가 16명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. IPA를 통해 학습이력관리시스템이 지향하는 목적별 중요도와 충족도를 확인한 결과, 1) 자기 주도적 경력 설계 및 준비가 이루어지도록 지원하는 것, 2) 학습 경로 확인·직업 진로계획 및 준비를 위한 정보로서 활용할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 중요하다고 느끼는 반면 충족도는 그 기대에 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타나 개선 노력과 투자가 시급히 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 이와 더불어 SWOT 분석을 통해 활성화 전략을 도출하였으며, 결과적으로 평생학습 경험‧이력에 대한 지속적이고 체계적인 관리하는 한편, 의미 있는 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 것, 사용자 경험을 고려한 시스템 재설계 및 활용성 강화를 위한 요소를 추가하고, 관련 조직․기관 및 시스템과의 연계를 통하여 진학 및 취업 등을 공신력 있게 지원하고 가치 있는 서비스를 제공할 것을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to suggest short- & long-term development directions of National ePortfolio system. For that purpose, one round of the online survey was presented to sixteen experts. Based on their responses, the following importance or performance levels of the National ePortfolio system were deduced as a consensus of opinion: attributes are perceived to be very important to respondents, but performance levels are fairly low. This suggests that improvement efforts should be concentrated here. Also, we identified and analyzed the internal and external factors that can have an impact on the viability of a National ePortfolio system by SWOT analysis. In conclusion, we suggest that individual learning experience/history is sustainingly and systematically managed at national level by redesigning system based on UX(User eXperience), enlarging system availability, providing customized service and recognition prior learning in public confidence.
