사립대학 행정 직원 역량 기반 교육과정 개발을 위한 요구 분석

Need Analysis on Administrators Competency-based Curriculum Development at Private Universities

본 연구는 사립대학 행정직원의 역량에 관심을 가지고 교육훈련에 대한 인식은 어떠한지, 어떤 역량을 우선적으로 강화 시켜야 하는지에 대한 분석을 하고 이를 강화시키기 위한 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두었다. 조사대상은 사립대학 행정 직원이었으며, 74개교 352명의 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문교육기관에서의 교육훈련이 개설될 필요가 있으며 실질적인 업무로 이어질 수 있는 실무중심의 교육내용으로 구성할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 집합교육의 형태를 유지하되, 20시간 3일 과정과 30시간 5일 과정을 고려할 수 있으며, 교육방법은 강의, 토론, 팀교육 등 다양하게 이루어지도록 해야 할 필요성이 있다. 둘째, IPA 분석결과, 제2사분면에 속한 역량은 사고력, 문제처리능력, 정보처리능력, 업무이해능력, 팀워크능력, 비전제시 및 공유, 변화관리 등으로 나타나, 짧은 시간에 교육과정에 대한 선택과 집중이 필요하다면 가장 우선적으로 높여줘야 할 역량으로 고려해야 할 것이다.

With interest in the competencies of administrative employees in private universities, this study aims to analyze their perception about educational training as and what kinds of competencies that must be prioritized and strengthened, and to provide basic data to develop educational curriculums to strengthen these competencies. The subjects in the study were administrative employees at private universities, and the data of 352 individuals from 74 private universities were analyzed. The following are the results of the analysis: First, it was found there was a necessity to establish educational training in specialized education institutes, and to constitute training programs with the hands-on-experience-focused content that could help to perform actual tasks. Moreover, while maintaining the form of group training, 20 hours over 3 days and 30 hours over 5 days could be considered, and it is necessary that training methods should include a variety of things such as lectures, debates, team education, and etc. Second, according to an interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA), the competencies classified in the second quadrant were reasoning skills, problem-solving skills, information-processing skills, comprehension skills, teamwork skills, vision proposal and sharing, and change maintenance. If choice and concentration are required for educational training within a short period of time, the competencies above should be considered a top priority and enhanced first and foremost.
