공황장애 환자의 어린시절 공포에 관한 연구

A Study on Childhood Fear in Panic Patients

The purpose of this research are 1) to evaluate sociodemographic characteristics of panic patients 2) to investigate relationship between childhood fear and adult panic disorder 3) to identify frequently experienced childhood fear contents of adult panic patients. The sample size was 31 panic patients and 33 non-panic anxiety patients. The results were as follows : 1) Patients with panic disorder were more frequent in big cities(P〈.01). 2) The total fear score in panic patient’s childhood were higher than that of control group(P<C. 05). 3) For comparison of fear factors, panic patients significantly experienced more of fear of criticism and failure(P<.05)，fear of being left alone(P<.01), fear of medical and school life (PC.05).
