The hypothetical approach on the psychodynamism in the cases of pseudo-shock after penicillin injection was carried out with analysis of three cases. They were neurotic or psychotic in clinical entity, which developed or aggrevated just after episode of pseuo-shock . Penicillin was injected for the treatment of venereal disease. As a result of psychoanalysis, we could evaluate that pseudo-shock was derived from fear of death which had its base on the castration fear and fear of separation They project their inner hostility to parents into penicillin and that their psychic conflicts into penicillin shock. The is a preliminary and hypothetical study because we could study only three cases.
