Case I & II are provocated of attack by the administration of regular insulin, and Case II & III are provocated by the administration of carbohydrate or glucose. In Case I, neither potassium supplements nor a salt-restricted arid low carbohydrate diet could prevent the occurrence of attacks of paralysis. All cases haven’t familial tendencies.
