This report consists of Gilles de la Tourette syndrome seen in a 7 years old girl. The authors successfully controlled her manifesting symptoms with a small amount of Perphenazine on the outpatient basis。The litura- tures are reviewed9 and the several clinical aspects of this syndrome are discussed
