We report a case with hypochondriacal delusion, who took 11,000〜13，000 mg of chlorpromazine in single dose, for the purpose of suicide and revealed deep coma, decreased blood pressure, hypothermia, respiratory depression, epileptiform generalized tonic clonic convulsion and transient delirious hallucinatory symptom. This case was completely recoverd one week later without any sepuellae, with symtomatic management. After recovery form acute intoxication his own delusions were persisted
