예비유아교사의 사고양식과 자아존중감이 의사결정능력에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Pre-service Early Childhood Teacher s Thinking Style and Self-Esteem on Decision Making Ability

본 연구는 미래의 교사들이 가지는 교육의 질과 교사로서의 전문성 향상을 위해 예비유아교사의 사고양식과 자아존중감, 의사결정능력에 관심을 가지고 연구하였다. 예비유아교사의 사고양식과 자아존중감과 의사결정능력과의 관계를 알아보고 각각에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 현재 대학교 유아교육과에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 180명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 연구대상인 예비유아교사들은 3년제 대학의 1학년, 2학년, 3학년 학생이다. 연구대상인 예비유아교사들을 대상으로 사고양식과 자아존중감, 의사결정능력에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 통계처리는 SPSS WIN 21.0v 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 사고양식과 자아존중감, 그리고 의사결정능력은 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 사고양식은 의사결정능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 자아존중감의 의사결정능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the pre - service teacher s thinking style, self-esteem and decision-making ability in order to improve the quality of education and professionalism of future teachers. The subjects of this study were 180 preschool teachers who are currently attending the University Early Childhood Education Department. Statistical analysis of this study was performed using the SPSS WIN 21.0v program. First, there was a significant correlation between thinking style, self-esteem and decision-making ability. Second, the pre-kindergarten teacher s thinking style had significant influence on decision-making ability. Third, pre-service early childhood teachers self-esteem had a significant influence on decision - making ability.
