간호대학생의 임상실습 중 안전사고 경험에 따른 환자안전관리 지식, 태도, 수행자신감 정도

A Study on Knowledge, attitude and Confidence in performance of Patient Safety with Experience of safety incidents during Clinical Practicum in Nursing Students

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 임상실습 중 안전사고 경험정도와 환자안전관리 지식, 태도, 수행 자신감과의 관련성을 파악하여 임상실습 전 올바른 안전관리 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 연구이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-tests, one-way ANOVA를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 일반적 특성에 따른 환자안전관리 지식, 태도, 수행자신감의 차이를 분석한 결과, 환자안전관리 지식, 태도에서 유의한 변수는 없었으며 환자안전관리 수행 자신감에서 부주의에 대한 자가인지(p=.033)에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 환자안전사고경험에는 주사침 찔림사고(5.9%), 환자확인 오류(3.4%), 의료기구 파손(1.7%)으로 나타났으며 환자안전관리 지식(p=.029)과 유의한 차이가 있으며 환자안전관리 태도, 환자안전관리 수행자신감에서는 유의한 변수는 없었다. 대상자의 환자안전관리 지식, 환자안전관리 태도, 환자안전관리 수행자신감 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과는, 환자안전관리 태도는 환자안전관리 수행자신감(r=.286, p=.002)과 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호 대학생들을 위한 임상실습 전 환자안전관리 수행자신감 중진을 위한 교육적 중재 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of knowledge, attitude and self - confidence of the patient of patient safety with experience of safety incidents of nursing students in order to developing pre-clinical practice program. The research data were analysed t-test, one-way ANOVA using SPSS 21.0. There was no significant difference in patient safety management knowledge and attitude, and self - perceived self - perceived self - perception was significant(p =.033). Patient safety accident experience was found to be significant (5.9%), patient identification error (3.4%), demage to medical devices(1.7%) and patient safety management knowledge (p = .029) Management attitude, and patient safety management. The results of the analysis of the correlation between the patient safety management knowledge, the patient safety management attitude, and the self-confidence of the patient safety management showed that the patient safety management attitude was related to patient safety management self-confidence (r = .286, p =.002). Therefore, it is necessary to develop a pre-training program that includes the importance of basic guidelines to nursing students before clinical practice.
