The mandibular subperiosteal implant denture is composed of the implant framework & superstructures, the implant frame rests directly on the residual mandibular alveolar ridge beneath the mucoperiosteal tissues. The four abutment posts protrude through the soft tissues in the region of the second molar & second bicuspids bilaterally, the superstructure is embedded into the final denture. The authors had performed the subperiosteal implant a patient, 61-year-old female with bilateral free-end saddle case on mandible with severe alveolar resorption. The framework seated within 24 hours after surgical bone impression. The construction of removable partial denture was performed on 4wks after seating of framework. By follow up check of the patient, we obtained of good results with functionally, esthetically & psychologically.
