Sandblasting 및 Etching이 치과용 도재와 비귀금속 합금의 결합강도에 미치는 영향

This study was accomplished to evaluate the shear bond strength between dentalporcelain and all oy after degassing, sandblasting, and etching of alloy surface. In this experimental program, it was divided into four groups:group I was degassed, group n was sandblasted and degassed, group ID was degassed and sandblasted, group IV was degassed and etched. And then dental porcelain was added and fired. An analysis of the shear bond strength and the microstructure of alloy surface was performed by Instron universal testing machine, SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) and EDAX(Energy Dispersive Analysis of X-ray). The obtained results were as follows ; • The shear bond strength of group II was higher than other groups(group & group ID). • It turned out to be that sandblasting removes ox id atio n layer which are made after degassing. • The shear bond strength of group IV was higher than that of group ID.
