임프란트에 대한 임상적 연구

The purpose of this retrospective study is to improve the inplant survival rate. Collecting datas were analysed by fixture diameter, length, bone graft type, membrane usage. A total of 378 implants was placed in 122 patients using Steri-Oss implants. The results of this study were obtained as follows. 1. Implant overall survival rate was 93.9%. 2. A high survival rate was found in the mandible (P >0.05). 3. A high failure rate was found for small diameter (3.3mm and 3.25mm) implants (P>0.05). 4. A high failure rate was found for short length (10mm and 13mm) implants (p>0.05). 5. A high failure rate was found in the bone grafted group (P>0.05). 6. A high failure rate was found in the membrane-used group (P>0.05).
