근육부착형 하악골 모형(KH20 mandible)의개발과 3차원 유한 요소 분석법을 이용한 과두부위의 응력 분포에 대한 비교연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the stress distribution of condylar region (model 1,2) on certain conditions, such as amount of load, location of load, direction of load, fixation or non-fixation on the condylar region. Three dimensional finite element analysis was used for this study. F EM model were created using commercial software (A N S Y S ). M odel 1 which was fixed on the condylar region was designed with 74323 elements and 15387 nodes and Model 2 which was sprung on the condylar region was designed with 75020 elements and 15887 nodes. The results were as follows; 1. Model 1 was shown remarkably higher stress concentration on the condylar region under vertical load only than model 2. 2. Model 2 was shown lower stress concentration on the condylar region under various horizontal loads than model 1 .
