임프란트 심미보철을 위한 세라믹 abutment의 사용

Various ceramic abutments are widely used in implant dentistry, as clinicians and patients want more esthetic restorations. Ceramic abutments are superior in esthetics than other abutments, but their physical characters are still insufficient. Recently introduced ZiReal abutment(3i-Implant innovations Inc.) has improved esthetic and physical characters. This article describes 3 clinical cases of maxillary anterior single tooth implant restorations. ZiReal abutment, custom-made Finesse abutment, and UCLA gold post were used in each case.
