Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the structure and characteristics of nursing college students subjectivity study on simulation-practice based nursing comprehensive practice. Method: A Q-methodology was used to identify factors in nursing college students subjectivity study on simulation-practice based nursing comprehensive practice. The 30 nursing students classified 25 selected Q-statements into a normal distribution using a 9-scale. The collected data was analyzed using a QUANL PC program. Result: The analysis identified two types of the subjectivity study on simulation-practice based nursing comprehensive practice among nursing college students. The categories were labeled ‘positive acceptance of integrated and organic practice’ type, ‘fear of acting alone’ type. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that specific strategies should be developed to promote the choice of simulation practice-based program considering the individual characteristics of the learner to maximize the effect of training.
