K-CESA 하위요인별 특징 분석 : 의사소통역량을 중심으로

Analysis of K-CESA sub-factors : focusing on communication skill result

본 연구는 대학생 핵심역량 진단(K-CESA)에 2016년도 한해동안 진단에 참여한 학생들을 대상으로 분석하였다. K-CESA 핵심역량 중 시간이 지남에 따라 계속적으로 떨어지는 의사소통역량을 중심으로 원인과 현황을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 의사소통역량 하위요인별로 특징을 살펴보며, 대학생의 핵심역량은 개인변인(성별, 학년, 계열, 출신고등학교, 대학 입학 전형 방법, 졸업 후 진로계획, 직전 학기 전 과목 성적 평균, 가정 경제 사정, 학비 조달 방법)들에 따라 차이가 있는지 확인하고자 한다.

This study analyzed college students who participated in Korea Collegiate Essential Skills Assessment(K-CESA) in 2016. Among six essential skills of K-CESA, the cause and status of continuing decrease in communication skill over time will be analyzed. The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of subordinate factors of communication skill, and identify whether there is difference in students’ essential skill according to individual factors(gender, grade, department, high school, college admission method, career plan after graduation, latest average grade of all subjects, home economics, and financing method).
