동종 탈회골 이식을 응용한 상악동 점막 거상술에 관한 고찰
RETROSPECTIVE STUDY ON THE 2 3 PATIENTS OF THE MAXILLARY SINUS LIFT GRAFTS TRANSPLANTING DEMINERALIZED AND FREEZE-DRIED BONE(DFDB) POWDERS
The patients’ maxillary sinus membrane was elevated and the demineralized freeze-dried bone powders transplanted into the space newly made at the lower portion of the maxillar sinus. The 23 patients among them, whose second dental implant surgery and the prosthodontic work was successfully performed between 1992 and 1994. the author reviewed their age and sex, the remained alveolar bone thickness just after the sinus membrane was lifted, types of the dental implant system, types of the transplanted materials and their amount at each surgery, numbers and severity of intraoperative tearing cases of the sinus membrane and its management. The results were as follows. 1. The number of the age forties were 9 patients, fifties 8, and sixties 6. The number of the male patients were 13 and that of females were 10. 2. 7 patients of the remained alveolar bone thickness were measured between 8〜 10mm, 26 patients between 5〜 7mm, and 11 patients were measured under 4.9mm just after the sinus membrane was lifted. 3. The used 44 fixtures shows 14 of 3— 1 system, 13 of Nobelphama system, 11 of Sustain system, 4 of ITI system, 2 of ITI system. 4. 2 patients were transplanted by the composite mixture of DFDB(2) and resorbale HA powders(l). 2 patients were used lcc amount for packing the space after sinus membrane lifting, 9 patients 2cc, 4 patients 2.5cc, 8 patients 3cc. Average amount of the transplanting materials used was 2.35cc. 5. Total numbers of intraoperative tearing were 6 cases. Measuring the tear size according to the severity shows 5 cases ujlfler 2mm and 2 case 8mm diameter. All of the cases shows good prognosis after a惑quate management. 6. The numbers of the used fixtures according to length are 24 of 10mm fixtures, 19 of 13mm, and 1 of 15mm. Average length of the used fixtures is 11.41mm.
