노인미술치료에서의 연구방법 특성에 대한 메타분석 - 2012~2016년도에 발행된 국내 학위논문을 중심으로

Meta-analysis of Research Method Characteristic in Elder Art Therapy Focusing on National Dissertation in 2012~2016

본 연구는 노인미술치료에서의 연구방법 특성에 대한 메타분석을 통하여 노인미술치료에 관한 연구의 환경 및 질의 향상을 위한 보다 효과적인 노인미술치료 연구가 진행될 수 있는 기반을 마련하는데 그 연구목적을 둔다. 따라서 2012년도부터 2016년도까지 최근에 관련 대학원에서 발행된 노인미술치료 개인논문 총 77편에 대 한 메타분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과의 가운데 발행정보 관련사항으로서, 발행연도별 분포는 24편인 2016년 이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 전체비중의 31.2%를 차지하였다. 미술치료 사례연구 관련사항으로서, 종속변인(치료 목표) 분포는 33편인 우울감 해소가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 전체비중의 22.4%를 차지하였고, 23편인 인지기능 강화가 그 다음 순으로 전체비중의 15.6%를 차지하였다. 노인미술치료 연구에 대한 최근의 제언사항으로서, ‘실 험집단 구성원의 적절한 배치 및 확장’과 ‘사전에 다양한 변인이 고려된 미술치료 기간의 적절한 확장’ 등과 같 은 사안이 중복되게 집계되었다

The purpose of this study is laying the groundwork through meta-analysis of research method characteristic in elder art therapy for more effective latter study of elder art therapy which has the purpose as improvement of the research environment and quality. For the purpose of this study, 77 graduate theses which are published in the latest from the relevant graduate schools in 2012~2016 analysis by a meta-analysis. In the middle of the research result, As the relevant facts about the publication information, in dispersion of the graduate theses by year, the highest dispersion is 24 graduate theses in 2016 as 31.2% in total. As relevant facts about the case study of art therapy, in dispersion of the dependent variable (therapeutic aim), the highest dispersion is relief from depression in 33 research theses as 22.4% in total and the second highest dispersion is cognitive enhancing in 23 research theses as 15.6% in total. The proposal informations of elder art therapy in the latest which repeatedly counted are as in the following. ‘Appropriate placement or expansion of the experiment and comparative group’ and ‘period expansion of art therapy program which is considered with the various valves’ etc.
