조현병 환자에게 직업재활이 미치는 긍정적 영향(인지력, 삶의 질) : 사례연구

Schizophrenia patients to the impact of vocational rehabilitation Positive impact (cognition, quality of life): A Case Study

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 직업재활이 조현병 환자에게 미치는 긍정적 영향을 알아보는 것이며, 그러기 위해 사례를 통하여 조현병 환자의 퇴원 후 사회적응과 구체적 계획과 같은 삶의 질 향상에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 연구 하였다. 연구방법 : 서울 소재의 병원에 입원중인 조현병을 진단받은 47세 남성 1인을 대상으로 긍정적 영향을 알아보기 위해 환자 본인이 원하는 직업재활을 실시한 후 적용 전과 후의 인지력의 변화와 대상자 본인의 수행도와 만족도의 변화를 알아보기 위해 K-MMSE와 COPM을 적용하였다. 결과 : 환자 본인이 원하는 직업재활을 실시 한 결과 K-MMSE의 점수는 22점에서 25점으로 증가 하였으며, 수행도와 만족도의 변화를 알아보기 위해 실시한 COPM의 수행도 점수는 4점에서 5.7점으로 증가하였고, 만족도 점수도 5점에서 6점으로 증가하였다. 결론 : 직업재활 중 환자가 원하는 직업재활의 실시는 삶의 질과 인지력 향상에 긍정적인 변화를 나타냈다. 단순히 직업재활을 실시하는 것으로 끝나지 않고 퇴원 후 환자가 직업재활의 경험을 이용하여 지역사회생활 속에서 적응하고 독립적인 경제생활 유지와 사회복귀를 위해 다양하고 많은 연구들이 지속되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the positive impact on quality of life after discharge, such as social adjustment and specific plans of Schizophrenia patients through a case to find out the impact of vocational rehabilitation for patients with Schizophrenia. Conclusion : Implementation of the vocational rehabilitation of the patients showed any vocational rehabilitation positive changes to improve quality of life and cognition. Is simply that the conduct does not end after the hospital vocational rehabilitation patients using a variety of vocational rehabilitation experience for adaptation in community life and maintain independent living and economic rehabilitation and many studies are considered to be sustainable.
