조현병 환자를 위한 인지재활 프로그램에 대한 고찰

Review of Literature on Cognitive Rehabilitation for Patients With Schizophrenia

서론 : 문헌고찰을 통해 조현병 환자에게 효과적인 인지재활 프로그램에 대해 알아보고 향후 임상에서 조현병 환자에게 유효한 프로그램을 적용할 수 있도록 자료를 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본론 : 조현병 환자의 인지에 대한 핵심적인 연구주제를 가지고 조현병 환자의 인지적 특성과 인지재활, 인지기능 향상 프로그램에 대해 전문가들에 의해 수행된 서적, 논문, 학술지 및 인터넷 정보 등을 중심으로 하는 문헌수집 과정을 거쳤다. 결론 : 조현병 환자를 위한 인지재활 프로그램의 종류와 효과를 알 수 있었고, 이들의 인지 기능 향상을 위해서 앞으로도 인지재활 프로그램에 대한 지속적인 연구가 이루어져야 한다.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to review the cognitive rehabilitation program for schizophrenic patients. It also provide information on effective programs that can be applied to schizophrenic patients. Methods : The method and materials went through a documentary collection with books, lectures, medical journal and internet search. Conclusions : Several kinds and effects of cognition rehabilitation programs were found for schizophrenic patients. Further research on cognitive rehabilitation program will warrant the improvement of cognitive function in schizophrenic patients.
