말-리듬을 활용한 음악 프로그램이 언어발달지연아동의 언어문제해결력 향상과 문제행동 감소에 미치는 영향: 사례연구

The Effect of music programs through improvement of the ability to solve language problem and the reduction of problem behavior with Delayed language development children

이 연구는 말-리듬을 활용한 음악프로그램이 언어발달지연아동의 언어문제해결력 향상 및 문제행동감소에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 대상자는 언어발달지연으로 진단된 7-9세 4명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구는 2개월 동안 16회기 진행되었으며, 30분씩 개별치료를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 언어문제해결력이 향상되었다. 둘째, 숫자 따라 말하기와 무의미 음절 따라 말하기를 통한 단기기억능력이 향상을 보였다. 셋째, 주제 유지 능력이 향상되었다. 마지막으로 3차 지시 따르기 능력이 향상되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해서 말-리듬 음악 프로그램은 언어적 제한을 보이는 언어발달지연아동이 언어 이외의 다른 방법을 통해 언어능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 도구로 사용될 수 있음을 보여주었다. 특히 말-리듬 음악 프로그램은 일상생활에서 일어나는 일들을 자신의 말로 적극적으로 표현할 수 있는 기회를 제공하며, 리듬의 구조가 시간의 흐름이라는 구조를 제공하기 때문에 주의집중을 유도할 수 있는 중요한 활동으로 사용될 수 있음을 보여주었다.

This study is aimed at improving of the ability to solve language problem and reducing of problem behavior with delayed language development children through music programs. This subject of this study is 7-9 years olds with delayed language development children. Research designs were analyzed as ABAB designs from a single case study. The programs consisted of a total of 16 sessions(first baseline-3 sessions, first music program-5 sessions, second baseline-3 sessions, second music program-5 sessions) and 30 minutes/1 session individually. The results of the study are as follows: First, The ability to solve language problem has been improved. Second, The ability to repetition nonsense syllable and number had been improved. Third, the ability to maintain the topic has improved. Finally, the ability to follow the third direction was improved. According to the results of the study, speech-rhythm music activities could be used as a tool for delayed language development children to improve their language skills with other ways than language. In particular, speech-rhythm music activities have provided the opportunity to actively express what happens in everyday life in their own words, and the structure of the rhythm can provide attention to the structure of time flow.
