자기 성찰과 공유를 통해 함께 성장해가는 학습공동체 활성화 방안 연구

Study on active of learning communities in which members grow together through self-reflection and shar ing

본 연구는 유아교육 분야의 구성원들이 자기 성찰과 공유를 통해 함께 성장해가는 학습공동체를 활성화하기 위한 방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 학습공동체 관련 문헌 및 연구 동향을 고찰하여 시사점을 도출한 후, 이를 토대로 학습공동체 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 자기성찰과 공유를 통해 함께 성장해가는 학습공동체 활성화 방안으로 구성원의 자발적 참여, 구성 원 간 가치와 규범의 공유, 구성원 간 협력, 성찰과 실천의 지속, 촉진자 또는 리더의 지원 역할, 온 오프라인을 통한 공유가 제시되었다. 이 같은 결과는 학습공동체를 활성화하기 위해서는 구성원의 자발적 참여, 가치 공유, 협력을 토대로 한 구성원의 성찰 및 실천의 지속과 촉진자의 지원이 중요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest way for activate the learning community in which grow together through self-reflection and sharing in early childhood educaion field. For this purpose, the literature and research related to the learning community were reviewed and implications, and then a way for activate the learning community were suggested. As a result of research, it is suggested that voluntary participation of members, sharing values and norms among members, cooperation among members, continuation of reflection and practice, facilitator or leader role, meeting using online and offline. This result suggests that it is important to reflective thinking and practice of the members and facilitator s role based on voluntary participation, value sharing and cooperation of the members in order to activate the learning community.
