Purpose: The purpose of study was to identify the relationship between self-esteem, romantic relationship satisfaction and Korea sexual self-assertiveness in women college students. Methods: The data were collected from 154 women college students, using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient with SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Result: The mean score of self-esteem was 30.66, romantic relationship satisfaction 113.04, sexual assertiveness 65.85. Sexual self-assertiveness showed positive correlations with self-esteem(r=.43, p<.001) and romantic relationship satisfaction(r=.33, p<.001). Conclusion: Based on the outcomes of this study, it is necessary to develop intervention programs that emphasize sexual self-assertiveness of women college students.
