교사가 지각한 기관장의 리더십, 교사효능감, 아동의 행복감 간의 관계에 대한 종단연구

A Longitudinal Study between Directors’ Leadership Perceived by Teachers, Teachers’ Efficacy and Young Children’ Happiness

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 교사가 지각한 기관장의 리더십과 교사효능감이 아동의 행복감에 미치는 종단적 영향력을 분석함으로써 아동의 행복한 삶을 지원하기 위한 기초자료를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 육아정책연구소(KICCE)에서 제공하는 한국아동패널조사(PSKC) 데이터 중 2013년(6차)-2015년(8차) 자료를 활용하였으며, 연구대상은 6대 권역에 위치한 아동 688명이다. 연구결과: 첫째, 측정시기별 발달적 변화를 살펴보았을 때 교사효능감과 아동의 행복감은 선형적으로 증가하는 것으로 나타나 선형변화모형을 선정하였다. 둘째, 기관장의 리더십 초기값과 교사효능감 초기값 및 변화율 모두 아동의 행복감 초기값 및 변화율에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교사효능감 초기값과 변화율은 기관장의 리더십 초기값과 아동의 행복감 초기값 및 변화율에서 부분매개하였다. 논의 및 결론: 아동의 행복감 증진을 위해서는 기관장의 리더십과 교사효능감 증진의 노력이 요구되었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify change profile between directors` leadership, teachers` efficacy, young children` happiness, and to provide basic data for promoting young children` happiness by analyzing longitudinal change profile. Method: 2013-2015 longitudinal data of PSKC provided by KICCE. The research objects were 688 young children from 6 regional area in korea. Results: First, teachers` efficacy and young children` happiness showed significant change. Those variables selected a linear change model as it has increased from time passes. Second, the initial status of directors` leadership, the initial status and the rate of change of teachers` efficacy showed significant direct influence to the initial status and the rates of change of young children` happiness. The initial status and the rates of change of teachers` efficacy were found partial mediating effects between the initial status of directors` leadership and the initial status and the rates of change of young children` happiness. Conclusion: The results indicate that effort to promote director’s leadership and teachers` efficacy is needed to promote young children` happiness.
