임상간호사의 감정노동과 직무만족의 관계에 대한 내용분석

Relationship of Emotional Labor and Job Satisfaction among Clinical Nurses: Content Analysis

본 연구의 목적은 국내 임상간호사의 감정노동과 직무만족에 관한 연구를 고찰하고 그 결과를 확인하여 이를 바탕으로 향후 연구의 방향모색에 기초적 근거를 제시하기 위함이다. 자료 수집은 국내보건의료 관련 중 가장 광범위한 논문을 문헌을 보유하고 있는 것으로 알려진 학술연구정보서비스(RISS), 한국학술정보(KISS), 누리미디어(DBpia), 한국의학논문데이터베이스(KMbase), 대한의학편집인협의회(KoreaMed), 국가과학기술정보센터(NDSL), 국회도서관이었다. 연구 결과는 데이터베이스에서 검색어를 통해 선정기준에 의해 일차적으로 검색된 연구는 총 254편이었고, 문헌의 질평가를 위하여 15편의 연구가 최종 선정되었다. 포함된 연구가 모두 비실험, 상관관계를 파악한 연구였다. 모든 연구에서 감정노동이 직무만족에 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구 결과에 따라 병원과 간호조직에서는 감정노동을 낮추고 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 효율적인 제도적 방안을 모색해야 하고 좀 더 개방적이고 인간적인 조직문화가 될 수 있도록 지원하여 질적으로 높은 간호 서비스가 제공될 수 있도록 적극적인 노력이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to synthesize and indentify the stydies that delineated the relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction in clinical nurses in Korea. Seven computerized databases were searched, including RISS, Koreanstudies Information Service System(KISS), DBpia, KMbase, KoreaMed, National Digital Science Library(NDSL), nanet. Only papers published in Korean were included. According to the research, fifteen studies, from 254 reference screened, were included the final analysis. All studies were non-experimental and used correlational analysis. All studies were found a significant negative relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction. According to result of the research, it should be sought to prepare Effective institutional measures in order to lower level of emotional labor of nurses and to raise job satisfaction, and it is also required to make positive efforts to provided high quality caring service through support for more open and humane organizational culture.
