통합형 직업교육 거점학교 운영방안에 대한 질적 연구

A Study on Management Method of Integrated Vocational Education Based School

본 연구는 장애학생의 직업교육 거점학교로서의 기능을 가진 통합형 직업교육 거점학교의 보다 성공적인 내실화를 위해 통합형 직업교육 거점학교 운영에 대한 지원방안에 대한 구체적인 내용을 제시하는데 연구목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 전국48개의 거점학교 중에 지역여건과 학교유형을 고려하여 6명의 교사를 선정하여 거점학교 운영에 관한 성과, 문제점, 요구사항, 국가적 지원책, 개선점에 대한 내용을 반구조화된 질문지를 토대로 심층면담 방식으로 진행하였다. 인터뷰에 대한 내용을 분석하여 거점학교의 성공적인 내실화를 위한 지원방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통합형 직업교육 거저학교 운영의 성과로 장애학생들에 대한 체험적이고 현장중심적인 직업교육을 제공, 취업으로 연계, 관리자와 일반교사들이 장애에 대한 인식이 긍정적으로 개선되었다. 둘째, 통합형 직업교육 거점학교 운영의 문제점으로 이동 및 사업체 연결의 어려움, 그리고 관리자 및 학부모 인식의 부족, 지원인력의 부족 등이 나타났다. 셋째, 통합형 직업교육 거점학교 운영에 대한 요구사항으로는 일반계고등학교에 대한 거점학교 선정의 지향, 실질적인 교사협의회 및 연수 등이 나타났다. 넷째, 통합형 직업교육 거점학교에 대한 국가적인 지원책으로는 안정적인 예산 지원과 인력의 추가 지원 등이 나타났다. 다섯째, 통합형 직업교육 거점학교의 개선점으로는 유관기관의 책무성 있는 업무분담과 긴밀한 협조체제의 네트워크 형성 및 시단위의 소규모로 확대 등이 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the support plan of integrated vocational education base school. for successful substantiality. For this purpose, six teachers were selected from among the 48 major schools in Korea nationwide, taking into consideration local conditions and school types. The results of this study are summarized as follows: The results, problems, requirements, national support method, future direction. The focus group interview was done in a way. The analysis of the interviews is as follows. First, As an this management result, It has positively improved providing experiential and field-oriented vocational education for disabled students, employment connection, and the cognition of disability by managers and teachers. Second, the problems of mobility and business connection, lack of awareness of administrators and parents, and lack of support personnel were problems in the operation of integrated vocational education based schools. Third, the requirements for the operation of integrated vocational education based schools include problems selected in general high schools, the actual teacher council and the training. Fourth, national support for integrated vocational education based schools has provided stable budget support and additional support for the workforce. Finally, improvement of integrated vocational education based school showed responsibility division of responsibilities of affiliated institutions, formation of network of close cooperation system, and expansion to small scale in the beginning.
