본 연구의 목적은 신뢰도와 타당도가 확인된 교사용 유아 창의적 리더십 측정도구를 개발하는데 있다. 따라서 유아 리더십과 관련된 문헌 및 선행연구들을 바탕으로 측정문항을 개발한 후, 1차 예비조사를 거쳐 64문항으로 수정하였으며, 2차 본 조사를 실시하였다. 본 조사의 연구대상은 서울 및 수도권 지역의 만 5, 6세반 1,219명의 유아들이었다. 수집된 자료는 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계, 확인적 요인분석, Cronbach ？ 계수를 통하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증한 결과 요인계수, 적합도, 상관계수와 내적합치도는 매우 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 타당화한 유아 창의적 리더십 측정도구는 창의적 문제해결 리더십, 개인적 리더십, 사회적 리더십의 3개 차원 7개 하위영역(창의적 사고력, 창의적 성향, 창의적 행동, 자기관리, 건설적 사고, 타인 존중, 공동체 배려)의 최종 56문항으로 구성 되었으며 매우 신뢰할 수 있고 타당한 측정도구임이 확인되었다.
It is important to screen leadership at the level of infants schools. Because screening and measure of leadership is linked to program eligibility, developing an assessment tool for leadership is an important step to serve this population. This study focused on developing and validating the ‘Creative leadership scale’ for infants schools teachers. The subjects were 1,219 students aged five and six attending kindergarten in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Drawing on the literature review and leadership ability domains were conceptualized and the Scale was developed. Although the areas to be assessed are similar for all students, for infants, the assessment techniques and tests require special characteristics. The result of this study were first, Teachers' creative leadership scale were validated. secondly, Infants creative leadership sub-variable were identified. In conclusion, the Creative Leadership Scale for infants consists of 56 items under the three subordinate style, namely creative ledership, self ledership, servant ledership. It is a useful tool for developing infants' creative ledership education. It also anticipated that this study will serve as a stimulus to further study on creative leadership education for infants.
