본 연구는 대학생들이 대학 재학 중 재미를 느끼는 요인을 측정하는 대학 생활 재미 척도를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 문헌 연구, 개방형 설문, 심층 면접 등의 예비 연구를 통해 43개의 예비문항을 개발하였다. 본 조사는 서울과 충남 지역의 대학생 221명을 대상으로 1차 설문조사한 뒤 문항분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 총 23문항으로 구성된 대학 생활 재미 척도가 개발되었다. 이를 서울, 경기, 충남의 대학생 265명을 대상으로 설문조사한 후, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 요인구조를 확인하였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 모든 적합도 지수(TLI, CFI, RMSEA)가 수용적인 수준으로 나타나 구성타당도가 높음을 보여주고 있다. 또한 행복 척도와의 상관관계를 통해 공인타당도를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 대학 생활 재미 척도는 도전의식, 유대의 즐거움, 관계의 만족감, 진로목표추구, 노력과 성취, 가치추구 등 총 6개의 요인이 추출되었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 대학 생활 재미 척도가 갖는 의의와 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.
This study aims to develop and validate a college life fund perception scale to find out the factors that college students feel fun in schools. For this purpose, I developed 43 preliminary items through literature review, open-ended surveys, and focus interviews. A main survey was administred to 221 college students in Seoul and Chungnam areas, and then I conducted item analysis and exploratory factor analysis. This resulted in a scale consisting of 23 items. Next, this scale was administered to 265 college students in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungnam areas and a confirmatory factor analysis was conducted. Results from the confirmatory factor analysis showed good construct validity with acceptable fit indices. Also, good concurrent validity was shown through the correlation between this newly developed scale and the fun perception scale for learning. The college life fun perception scale was composed of six factors including bonding enjoyment, relational satisfaction, value pursuit, effort and accomplishment, challenge, and career goal pursuit. Implications and suggestions were provided based on the results.
