교원평가제의 실시로 인해 교원들의 역량 및 직무전문성 강화가 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교원연수의 핵심적인 방안으로 자리매김해가고 있는 이러닝 환경에서 학습전이에 영향을 줄 수 있는 정보시스템 성공모형 및 업무환경을 중심으로 각 요인의 세부항목에 대한 학습자들의 중요도 인식과 실제수준 간의 차이를 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 이러닝 프로그램 개발 시 고려해야 하는 우선순위, 즉 교육요구도를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 A 교원연수교육기관의 이러닝 학습자 127명의 데이터를 분석하였다. Borich 요구도와 The Locus for Focus 모델을 통해 데이터를 분석한 결과, 최우선 순위 요구도로 시스템 품질의 2개 항목, 정보 품질의 4개 항목, 서비스 품질의 1개 항목, 학습의 1개 항목이 도출되었으며, 차우선순위 요구도로 정보 품질의 3개 항목, 서비스 품질의 1개 항목, 학습의 1개 항목, 업무환경의 3개 항목이 도출되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 교원 대상 이러닝 환경에서 학습전이 증진을 위한 시사점 및 실천적 방안을 제시하였다.
This study aims to examine the difference between the learners' perception of importance and their actual level on the environmental factors which may affect the learning transfer in e-learning, which has become a fundamental training method for teachers; and based on the result, to identify the priorities, or educational needs, which should be considered in developing e-learning programs. For the research, the survey data taken from 127 e-learners in 'A' education and training institute for teachers have been analyzed. After analyzing the data using Borich formula and Locus for Focus Model, it was identified that the first priorities were found in 2 items in System Quality, 4 items in Information Quality, 1 item in Service Quality and 1 item in Net Benefit; and that the secondary priority needs were found in 3 items in Information Quality, 1 item in Service Quality, 1 item in Net Benefit and 3 items in Work Environment. The result from the analysis using Borich formula and the Locus for Focus Model provides practical implications for learning transfer for teachers in e-learning environment.
