본 연구의 목적은 교원양성기관에서 이루어지는 예비교사의 수업설계 교육을 통해 나타난 예비교사 의 수업설계 특징 및 인식의 변화를 탐색하고 수업설계와 관련된 교원양성교육에 주는 시사점을 제 시하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 수도권 소재 A대학 사범학부에 재학 중인 예비교사(27명)의 ‘수업시연 기반 수업설계 보고서’를 수집하였으며 분석 도구를 제작하여 사용하였다. 본 연구에 참여한 중등 예 비교사의 수업설계 보고서를 분석한 결과, 첫째, 예비교사들은 ‘선언적인 차원’에서 ‘학습자의 개인차 및 수준 고려’, ‘학습자의 수업참여 및 활동 강조’ 등과 같은 ‘학습자에 초점을 둔 수업설계’를 실시하 고자 노력한다는 점을 탐색할 수 있었다. 둘째, 예비교사들은 ‘교과 지도에 적합한 수업설계 이론 탐 색’, ‘교과 지도에 적합한 교수자 역할 탐색’ 등 ‘교과 지도에 효과적인 수업설계’를 수행하고자 노력 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 본 연구에 참여한 예비교사들은 ‘수업설계의 중요성 및 필요성 이해’, ‘수업설계의 본질적 의미 파악’ 등과 같은 ‘수업설계에 대한 인식 변화’를 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 상기와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구에서는 교원양성기관에서의 바람직한 수업설계 교육을 수 행하기 위한 이론적, 실천적 시사점을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate instruction design education of pre-service teachers in teacher education institutes, to explore the characteristics and changes of instructional design of pre-service teachers and to suggest the implications of teacher training courses in college of education. In this paper, we collected ‘instruction design based on demonstrative lesson’ reports from 27 pre-service teachers in A university located in Metropolitan area. A tool for analyzing the critical essays was produced. Through this paper, first, we were able to identify that pre-service teachers tried to design instruction ‘focused on learner-centered’ in ‘declarative dimension’, such as ‘considering individual differences and levels of learners’, ‘emphasizing learner's participation and activity in class’. Second, we were able to identify that pre-service teachers have tried to design ‘effective instructional design for course lesson’, such as ‘exploring instructional design theory for course lesson’, ‘exploring the role of teacher to teach course contents.’ Third, we were able to identify that pre-service teachers have experienced ‘changes in perceptions of instructional design’ such as ‘understanding the importance and necessity of instructional design’, ‘identifying the essential meaning of instructional design’ to teach students in classroom. Based on the results, this paper suggestions both for practice and theory regarding ‘instruction design education’ to train pre-service teachers in teacher training institution.
