본 연구는 성매매 피해 여성을 위한 체험과 표현을 중심으로 한 Self Up & Growth 프로그램을 개발하고, 이들의 자기효능감 증진에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 본 프로그램은 집중과정으로 이루어진 프로그램으로 동작, 명상, 미술이라는 매체를 중심으로 체험과 표현을 통한 자신의 인식과 성장을 위한 프로그램이다. 전문가 자문회의와 피험자들을 대상으로 한 인터뷰 등을 통해 프로그램에 대한 요구조사를 실시하였고, 전문 종사자들과의 사전 워크샾을 통해 프로그램을 정교화 하였다. 프로그램에 참여하고자 한 서울 D. E 기관의 11명의 성매매 피해여성을 대상으로 2박 3일간의 집중과정으로 프로그램을 실시하여, 성매매 피해여성의 자기효능감의 변화를 검증하였다. 프로그램 실시전과 후에 자기효능감 척도의 평균 및 표준편차를 계산하고 사전 사후 점수 간 변량분석을 실시하였다. 자료 분석 결과, 성매매 피해 여성을 위한 Self Up & Growth 프로그램 실시 전보다 실시 후에 자기효능감이 더욱 높게 나타나 프로그램의 효과가 있다고 볼 수 있다.
The purpose of this study was to develop and to examine the effects of Self Up and Growth Program for sexual exploitation recovery services on self-efficacy. Subjects were 11victims of sexual exploitation. Subjects of the experimental group were treated by Self up and Growth program which was consisted of experiential- and expressive-centered activities of play, meditation, and art therapy. This program consisted of 3 days marathon group. The data were analyzed by repeated ANOVA using SAS 8.0 version. The result was as follows. Post-test scores of self-efficacy were significantly higher than pre-test scores of self-efficacy in treatment group. Thus this study concludes that this Self up and Growth Program is on effective treatment of increasing the self-efficacy of victims of sexual exploitation.
