본 연구는 실업자의 불안수준과 별-파도그림 반응 특성을 살펴봄으로써 별-파도그림 검사의 유용성을 알아보고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 T시 및 근교에 거주하는 실업자(실업급여수급권자) 512명을 대상으로 하였으며, 측정 도구는 불안척도와 별-파도그림 검사를 사용하였다 자료 분석은 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 교차분석, 일원변량분석을 실시하였으며, 사후검증으로 Scheffe\'s test를 실시하였다 연구 결과는 다음과 같다 첫째, 실업자들의 불안 수준은 4점 만점에 2.08로 낮은 수준이었다.사회인구학적 변인에 따른 차이를 살펴보면 성별, 학력변인에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다 즉 여자가 남자 보다 불안이 높았으며, 중졸이하 집단이 전문대 집단보다 불안이 높았다. 둘째, 사회 인구학적 변인에 따른 별 파도그림의 그림양식의 차이를 알아본 결과 학력, 연령에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 공간구조는 전체적인 구조와 수평구조, 수직구조로 나누어 살펴본 결과 학력과 연령에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 파도필적을 기타 파도필적과 파도필적의 동적인 면과 정적인 면으로 나누어 살펴본 결과 파도필적의 동적인 면은 차이가 없었으나 기타 파도필적과 파도필적의 정적인 면은 학력과 연령에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 별 필적의 동적인 면과 정적인 면은 변인에 따라 차이가 없었으나 기타 별 필적의 경우는 연령에 따라 차이가 나타나 40대에서 별 필적의 이어짐이 우세하게 나타났다. 별의 수와 해변은 학력과 연령에 따라 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 별-파도그림의 반응 특성과 실업자들의 불안의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 파도필적(동적)과 파도 필적(정적), 별 필적(기타), 별의 수, 해변유무에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 파도필적(동적)에서 움직임이 있는 필적 집단과 파도필적(정적)에서 불안정 집단이 불안이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 별 필적(기타)이 분단되고 별의 수가 적으며 해변을 표현하지 않은 집단이 불안이 높았다.
The purpose of this study is to see whether the Star-Waves drawing test is a useful art therapeutic tool, by investigating the level of anxiety of the unemployed and their reactive modes as to the Star-Waves drawing tests. The subjects of study are total 513 unemployed people who are recipients of unemployment compensation, residing in the T-city and its vicinities. Measurement instruments are an anxiety scale, and the Star-Waves test. For data analysis, the SPSS 12.0 is used to execute the analyses of Frequency, Percent, and ANOV A. Also Scheffe\' s test is taken as post-test. The results of study are as follow 1. The anxiety level of the unemployed scores 2.08 out of total 4 points. As to the difference in anxiety which are analyzed by socio-demographic factors, there has been a statistically significant difference, to the extent that anxiety level for women is higher than that of man， while those who have less than middle school education shows a higher level of anxiety than those who have more than junior college education. 2. As to the difference in the subjects\' reactive mode to the Star-Waves drawing analyzed by socio-demographic factors, first, there has been a difference in accordance with education and age. Second, the difference in spatial formation exhibits the difference in the subjects\' education and age. Third, there is no difference in the aspect of dynamics of wave-tracing. But with respect to both entire and static wave-tracing, there has been a difference according to education and age. Fourth, there has been no difference in star-tracing regardless of dynamics or statics of the drawing. Fifth, as to seashores or beaches, there has been a difference in accordance with education and age. 3. As to the difference in anxiety presented by the reactive features of the Star-Waves drawing, there has been a significant difference in both dynamic and static wave-tracing， star-tracing(other than dynamics and statics), the number of
