본 연구의 목적은 사회기술훈련 집단미술치료 프로그램이 ADHD 아동의 사회기술과 문제행동 개선에 미치는 효과를 얄아보려는 데 있다 연구 대상은 D시에 소재한 H초등학교 1-3학년 아동들 중 소아 정신과 의사에게 ADHD 판정을 받은 아동 16명으로, 그 중 8명은 실험집단에 또 다른 8명은 통제집단에 배치하였다. 실험집단 아동들은 인지행동치료에 기반을 둔 사회기술훈련 집단미술치료 프로그램에 참여 하였는데, 프로그램은 총 18회기로 구성되어 있으며 주 1회 50-60분씩 진행되었다 연구도구로는 교사용 사회적 기술 평정척도(SSRS)와 아동 · 청소년 행동 평가척도(K-CBCL)를 사용하였다. 또한 프로그램 효과의 질적 분석은 각 회기별로 아동들의 그림과 행동, 태도들을 관찰하여 기록한 것을 기반으로 하여 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회기술훈련 집단미술치료 프로그램은 ADHD 아동의 사회기술 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있다 둘째, 사회기술훈련 집단미술치료 프로그램은 실험집단 ADHD 아동의 문제행동 감소에 효과가 있다. 이상의 결과들은 사회기술훈련 집단 미술치료 프로그램이 ADHD 아동의 사회기술 향상에 긍정적인 효과를 나타내고, ADHD의 특성으로 인한 다양한 문제행동 개선에 도움을 줄 수 있는 유용한 심리치료 기법이 될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the Social Skills Training-Group Art Therapy Program on the defective behaviors of the children with ADHD. The subjects were sixteen who were children from the first to third grade in the H elementary school in D city， and were diagnosed as ADHD from psychiatric of 00 hospital. The eight children were assigned to the experimental group and eight children were assigned to the control one. The experimental group participated in the social skills training-Group Art Therapy Program that were based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The program was consisted of the eighteen sessions(50-60 minutes persession), once a week. Research tools were the Social Skill Rating System(SSRS) for teacher, the Korean Child Behavior Checklist(K -CBCL) for parents. And qualitative case study was taken, based on the drawings & behaviors & attitudes that were observed & recorded at each session. The results obtained were as follows. First, the Social Skills Training-Group Art Therapy Program had significant consequences on improving participants\' Social Skills Second, the Social Skills Training-Group Art Therapy Program had significant effects on reducing participants\' Defective Behaviors. In conclusion, this study suggested that the Social Skills Training-Group Art Therapy Program was an effective therapeutic method which may improve social skills and reduce defective behaviors of ADHD children Key Word : The Social Skills Training-Group Aπ Therapy Program, ADHD children, Social Skills, Defectiue Behauiors
