이 연구는 미술치료 서비스 이용자의 서비스 품질에 대한 만족과 지속적 이용의도 및 서비스 전환비용간의 인과관계를 살펴보고/ 미술치료에서 치료 참여자가 목적의 달성 시까지 치료에 참여할 수 있게 하기 위해 고려 해야 할 품질요인을 제시한다. 이 연구의 대상은 미술치료를 최소 5회기 이상 받은 미술치료 참여자의 보호자 였으며， 이들을 대상으로 미술치료 서비스의 품질， 만족/ 전환비용 및 지속적 이용의도에 대한 설문조사를 실시 한 후 경험적 요인을 바탕으로 구성한 연구모형의 검증에 사용하였다. 설문은 의료서비스와 사회적 서비스에서 검증한 문항을 이용하여 작성하였으며/ 연구모형은 계층적 접근에 의한 서비스품질 측정 모형을 수정하여 구성 하였다. 연구모형의 검증은 구조방정식 모델의 분석도구인 LISREL 8.5를 이용하였고 검증결과 연구모형의 모든 가설은 채택되었다. 연구결과에 따르면 미술치료 서비스에서도 의료서비스와 마찬가지로 불리적 환경y 상호 작용， 치료결과의 각 요인은 다 같이 중요한 품질 구성 요인이었으며 요인간의 상호작용이 있었다. 따라서 이 결과를 바탕으로 미술치료 서비스에서 서비스 제공자와 서비스 이용자의 심리적 만족과 경제적 만족 및 미술 치료 서비스의 발전을 위해 미술치료 서비스 분야만의 특성을 갖는 차별화된 품질기준 마련이 필요함을 제시 한다.
This study is to investigate the causal relationship between the users' satisfaction about service quality of art therapy and switching costs with repurchase intentions， and suggest quality factors that make therapy participants keep participating until 삼leir participation aims are achieved. Study subjects are the guardians of the therapy participants who received at least 5 sessions of art therapy. They were s따veyed on art therapeutic service quality， the users' satisfaction， switching costs and repurchase intentions. The data collected from the survey were used to verify the study model based on experiential factors. The survey is composed of items already verified by medical and social services while the study model is structured in terms of the measuring model of service quality according to cross layer approach. To verify the study model， LISEL 8.5 as an analytic tool for structural equation modeling together with all the hypotheses from the study model are taken. The results are as follows. Art therapy services including physical environment， mutual reactions， and therapy results as in the medical services are 하1 important factors for service quality， and the factors interact with each other. Consequently， it is suggested that there is a need for the differentiated service quality with characteristics unique to art therapy to improve psychological as well as economical satisfaction of both the service provider and the user toward the development of art therapy.
