본 연구는 집단미술치료가 알코올 의존 환자의 자기효능감 및 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상자는 Y시 소재 B정신병원 알코올 병동에 입원한 환자 중 14명을 대상으로 실험집단 7명, 통제집단 7명으로 구성하였다. 실험집단은 집단미술치료를 1회 60분씩 총 16회기를 실시하였다. 측정도구는 자기효능감 검사, 대인관계 검사, K-HTP를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 사전검사 점수를 공변인으로 하는 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험집단의 자기효능감 점수가 통제집단 보다 유의미하게 향상 되었다. 둘째, 실험집단의 대인관계 점수가 통제집단 보다 유의미하게 향상 되었다. 셋째, 실험집단 5명을 대상으로 측정한 K-HTP 사전, 사후검사 결과에서도 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 집단미술치료가 알코올 의존 환자의 자기효능감 및 대인관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있다.
'The study inquired into the effect of group art-therapy on self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship of alcohol dependence. Study subjects are comprised of 7 members of treatment group and 7 members of control group from 14 members of the alcohol ward of B mental hospital located Y city. Treatment conducted total 16 sessions of group art-therapy, each lasting 60 minutes. The instrument used are self-efficacy Scale, interpersonal relationship Scale and K-HTP. Data analysis was used by statistical method ANCOVA. The results of this study are as follows. First, self-efficacy points of treatment group were effectively improved as compared with control group. Second, interpersonal relationship points of treatment group were effectively improved as compared with control group. Third, The results of K-HTP pre- posttest on 5 members of treatment group showed positive changes. For such reasons, It showed that group art-therapy influenced positive effects on alcohol dependence self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship.
