본 연구의 목적은 비블리오드라마를 활용한 집단미술치료가 중년여성의 자아정체감에 미치는 영향을 알아보 는데 있다. 연구대상은 C도시에 사는 기독교 중년여성들 6명을 대상으로 하였고, 비블리오드라마를 활용한 집 단미술치료 프로그램 적용은 2012년 3월 10일부터 3월 24일까지 매주 토요일마다 1회기에 120분씩 3회기를 하 고 총 9회기로 3주 동안 진행하였다. 본 연구의 측정도구는 자기기입식 질문지인 Dignan(1965)의 자아정체감 척도를 이경혜(1997)가 재구성한 20개 항목으로 평가하였으며 자료분석은 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정을 실시하여 효과검증을 하였고 회기별 변화과정은 프로그램 매회기마다 녹화한 비디오 촬영을 통하여 질적 분석을 기술적 으로 제시하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 얻은 결론을 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비블리오드라마를 활용한 집단미술치료 가 중년여성의 자아정체감 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 비블리오드라마를 활용한 집단미술치료 과정 에 따른 중년여성의 자아정체감의 변화를 살펴본 결과, 자기감정과 문제를 직면하고 점차 타인에 의한 비판의 식에서 벗어나 자신의 모습을 그대로 수용하고 자신을 사랑하려는 긍정적인 자아정체감이 형성됨이 관찰되었 다.
This study investigated the effects of group art therapy utilizing a bibliodrama on a middle-aged woman's self-identification. The study participants were 6 middle-aged women who were Christian living in a city. They received group art therapy utilizing a bibliodrama. This three week-long therapy ran a total of 9 sessions from March 10th to 24th, 2012, three sessions every Saturday, each session two hours long. The instruments included a 20 item self-identification scale by Lee(1997), revised from Dignan (1965)'s self-identification scale. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Each session was videotaped for a qualitative analysis to detect any progress throughout the sessions. First, this study found that group art therapy utilizing a bibliodrama was effective in improving the participants' self-identification. Second, the participants formed a positive sense of self-identification, accepting herself and freeing herself from others' criticism as she received the therapy.
