현실요법을 적용한 집단미술치료가 시설청소년의 자아정체감과 자립의지에 미치는 효과

Effects of Group Art Therapy with Reality-therapeutic Approach on the Ego Identity and Self-supporting Volition of Institutionalized Adolescents

본 연구의 목적은 현실요법을 적용한 집단미술치료가 시설청소년의 자아정체감과 자립의지에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 D광역시에 위치한 시설 청소년 12명으로 6명은 실험집단 6명은 통제집단에 배치 하였다. 측정도구는 자아정체감척도, 자립의지 설문지 검사, 나무그림 검사를 사용하였다. 현실요법을 적용한 집 단미술치료프로그램은 매주 1~2회씩으로 진행하였는데 1회기당 90~100분씩 총 17회기를 실시하였다. 자료 분석 은 SPSSWIN Version 14.0 Program을 이용하여 윌콕슨 부호순위 검증(Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test)을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현실요법을 적용한 집단미술치료가 시설청소년의 자아 정체감 전체에 긍 정적인 효과를 나타냈으며 하위영역 중 주체성, 미래 확신성, 친밀성에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 현실요법을 적용한 집단미술치료가 시설청소년의 자립의지에 긍정적인 효과를 나타냈으며 그 효과가 지속되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 현실요법을 적용한 집단미술치료가 시설청소년의 자아정체감과 자 립의지에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었고, 그 효과가 지속되어 프로그램의 효과가 높다고 할 수 있다.

The aim of this thesis is to confirm the effect of group art therapy with reality-therapeutic approach on the ego identity and self-supporting volition of the institutionalized adolescents. The study objects are 12 institutionalized adolescents who resided in Institution located in D city. The six adolescents were arranged as experiment group, and the other six adolescents were arranged as control group. The research tools were Ego Identity Scale and Self-supporting Volitional Questionnaire. The group art therapy with realitytherapeutic approach in this study was conducted for about 90~100 minutes at one or two sessions a week during 17 total sessions from March 3, 2008 to June 15, 2008. For data analysis, SPSSWIN(Version 14.0) was used. Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, a nonparametric test, was carried out by the SPSSWIN. The preㆍpostㆍ further test on the ego identity and self-supporting volition was carried out. The results are as follows. Firstly, the group art therapy with reality-therapeutic approach is effective on the ego identity of the institutionalized adolescents. Among the subordinate province, in ‘subjectivity’, ‘belief on the future’, ‘familiarity’ in the significant difference is shown. ‘In a score of self-acceptance’, ‘orientation for a goal, self-driving ability, there is a comprehensive increasing, however the significant difference is not shown. Secondly, the group art therapy with reality-therapeutic approach is effective on the self-supporting volition of the institutionalized adolescents, and it is found out that the effectiveness is maintained. In conclusion, it is certain that the group art therapy with reality-therapeutic approach is effective on the ego identity and self-supporting volition, and the effectiveness is maintained. Therefore it does the institutionalized adolescents good.
