본 연구의 목적은 일반청소년과 구별되는 학교폭력 가해청소년의 이야기그림검사(DAS) 반응특성을 알아보 고, 효과적인 학교폭력 예방 선별도구로서 이야기그림검사의 유용성을 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 실제 학교 폭력 가해처분을 받은 청소년 104명과 수도권 소재의 일반청소년 104명이며, Silver의 이야기그림검사에 반영된 정서내용점수와 자기상, 선택그림, 표현특징, 감정반응을 비교 탐색하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 학 교폭력 가해 청소년이 일반 청소년에 비해 부정적 정서가 높고, 자기상에 대한 병적인 환상이 높은 것으로 나 타났다. 둘째, 그림 선택에 있어서 가해 청소년이 일반 청소년에 비해 칼을 선택하는 경우가 많은 반면, 화산을 선택하는 경우는 적었다. 셋째, 그림검사 실시 과정에서 가해 청소년이 일반 청소년에 비해 그림을 삭제하는 경우가 많았다. 넷째, 그림에 대한 감정반응에서 가해 청소년이 일반 청소년에 비해 ‘슬퍼요’라는 표현을 더 많 이 선택하였으며, ‘매우 좋아요’라는 표현의 선택은 적었다. 이상의 결과에서, 효과적인 학교폭력 예방 선별도구 로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 이야기그림검사의 가능성을 확인하였다.
The purposes of this study were to examine adolescent school violence offenders’ responses to the Draw A?Story test (DAS) distinguished from general adolescents’ and to verify the usefulness of DAS as a screening tool for preventing school violence effectively. The subjects of this study were 104 adolescents who were convicted of school violence and 104 general adolescents sampled from the capital area, and the two groups were compared in terms of emotional content score, self?image score, picture choice, and expression characteristic. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, school violence adolescent offenders showed a higher frequency of negative emotion and pathological illusion for self image than general adolescents. Second, in picture choice, adolescent offenders chose a sword more frequently and a volcano less frequently than general adolescents. Third, in the course of drawing test, adolescent offenders deleted pictures more frequently than general adolescents. Fourth, in verbal expressions about pictures, adolescent offenders used the expression ‘Sad’ more frequently and ‘Very good’ less frequently than general adolescents. These results suggested the potential of DAS as a useful screening tool for preventing school violence effectively.
