인지·정서·행동 치료(REBT)를 적용한 집단미술치료가 장애유아 통합교사의 직무스트레스 및 회복탄력성에 미치는 효과

Effect of Group Art Therapy Combined with Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy(REBT) on Job Stress & Resilience of Teachers for Young Children with Disabilities

이 연구는 인지?정서?행동 치료(Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy; 이하 REBT)를 적용한 집단미술치료 가 장애유아 통합교사의 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구 대상은 경기 도 S시의 국공립 장애아 통합어린이집에서 장애유아를 담당하고 있는 장애유아 통합교사 24명을 선정하였고 각각 12명씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구성하였다. 실험집단에 대해 REBT를 적용한 집단미술치료를 주 1∼2회, 1회기 당 90∼100분씩 총 10회기 실시하였다. 본 프로그램을 실시하기 전 프로그램의 적절성을 확인하기 위하 여 예비 프로그램을 실시하였고 프로그램의 효과검증을 위해 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성 척도를 사용해 사전, 사후로 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 반복측정 분산분석으로 하였다. 또한 실험집단의 작품과 활동 후 면담을 통해 수집된 자료를 비교?분석하고 매 회기 작품에 나타난 변화와 장애유아 통합교사의 변화를 검증하여 분석에 사용하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단의 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성 사전 수준에 대한 동질성을 확인한 후 반복측 정 분산분석을 실시한 결과, 집단미술치료에 REBT를 적용한 집단은 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성에서 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 즉, 실험집단은 통제집단보다 직무스트레스가 감소한 것으로 나타났고 회복탄력성도 실험집단이 통제집단보다 향상되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 REBT를 적용한 집단미술치료가 장애유아 통합교사의 직무스트레 스 및 회복탄력성 개선에 효과가 있음을 보여준다.

This research explored the effect of group art therapy combined with Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy(REBT) on improving job stress and resilience of teachers for young children with disabilities. A sample of 24 teachers was randomly placed in two groups, including one experimental group and one control group. This was followed by group art therapy combined with REBT while teachers in the experimental group were conducted for 10 sessions over 1-2 times a week, 90~100 minutes for one session. The preliminary research was carried out before implement this study to investigate appropriacy of program. To verify the change of the program, modified job stress & resilience scale was measured pre-and post-test. It was analysed by comparing the art work and change of teachers on interview record for young children with disabilities every session. The gathered data were analysed using homogeneity check about pre-test, repeated measures ANOVA(Analysis of Variance) through the SPSS Package. The result was as follows. Job stress of the experimental group decreased more than that of the control group, and resilience of the experimental group improved more than that of the control group. The results showed that the group art therapy combined with REBT was effective on job stress and resilience of teachers for young children with disabilities.
