본 연구는 성인의 삶의 질에 따른 길 그림의 반응특성을 살피기 위한 것이다. 구체적인 연구문제는 성인의 삶의 질 및 삶의 질에 따른 길 그림 반응특성과의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경북지역 성인을 대상으 로 임의 표집하였다. 연구도구는 삶의 질을 측정하기 위해 Ryff(1989), Ryff와 Keyes(1995)가 제시하고 김명소 등(2001)이 타당화한 심리적 안녕감 척도를 사용하였으며 Hanes(1995, 1997)가 개발하고 소개한 길 그림 검사를 함께 실시하였다. 총 512명을 대상으로 조사하였으며 회수된 설문의 결측 자료를 제외한 426명의 자료를 분석 하였다. 분석 결과 성인의 삶의 질에 따른 길 그림 반응특성에서 은폐된 길, 좁아지는 길, 분할하는 길 및 샛길 등의 길의 유형과 사용 색 수, 화지 활용, 방해물 유무 및 자신의 위치 요소에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나 타났다. 또한 내용적 측면에서도 길 그림이 성인의 삶의 질을 잘 반영함을 알 수 있었으며 길의 유형, 사용 색 수, 화지 구조 및 교차로 유형 등에서 삶의 질 고?저에 따라 다른 반응을 보였다. 이로써 길 그림이 성인의 삶의 질 정도를 알려주는 유용한 투사검사임을 확인할 수 있었다.
The purpose of this study is to inquire into the relationship between the quality of the life and the response characteristics of Road Drawing Test. The specific investigations were performed on the relationship between the quality of the life for adults and the response characteristics of Road Drawing Test according to the quality of life. Investigations were performed 426 adults residing in Gyeongsangbukdo. We used the criteria of the psychological well-being suggested by Ryff(1989), Ryff & Keyes(1995) and justified by Kim, et al. (2001), to measure the relationship between the quality of life and the Road Drawing Test by Hanes (1995, 1997). The analysis showed statistically significant differences in the types of road, such as a hidden road, a narrow road, divided road, and a byway, as well as in the number of colors, paper usage, obstacles, and the position of theirselves, in the response characteristics to the Road Drawing Test according to the quality of the life for adults. In addition, it showed that the quality of life for adults is well reflected in the contents of the Road Drawing Test, and the different responses according to the quality degree of life in the types of road, the number of colors, paper layout and types of crossroads, etc. This result confirms that Road Drawing Test is a useful criterion for evaluating the quality of life for adults.
