현실치료를 병행한 집단미술치료가 양육스트레스와 부모역할행동에 미치는 효과 - 어린이집을 이용하는 영유아 주양육자를 중심으로 -

The Effects of Group Art Therapy Using Reality Therapy on Parenting Stress and Parent Role Activity - On Parents Whose Children Are Currently in Kindergarten -

본 연구의 목적은 영유아기 주양육자를 대상으로 현실치료를 병행한 집단미술치료를 실시하여 양육스트레스 와 부모역할행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 측정도구는 양적분석으로 양육스트레스와 부모역할행동 설 문지를 자기보고식으로 측정하였고 질적분석으로 사과를 따는 사람들(PPAT) 투사검사를 사전사후 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집을 이용하는 영유아의 주양육자를 대상으로 실시한 현실치료를 병행한 집단미술치료는 양육스트레스에 유의한 영향을 보였다. 둘째, 어린이집을 이용하는 영유아의 주양육자를 대상으로 실시한 현실치료를 병행한 집단미술치료는 부모역할행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 집단미 술치료와 함께 회기별로 적절한 현실치료기법을 병행한 결과 양육스트레스 그리고 부모역할행동에 긍정적인 효과가 있었음을 입증하였다. 그러나 소수의 인원을 대상으로 한 연구이므로 일반화하기에는 어려움이 있다 하 겠다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of group art therapy using reality therapy on parenting stress and parent role activity of parents. For the experiments, two types of measurement tools were used. For quantity analysis, arents’ self-reported surveys on parenting stress and parent role activity were analyzed. In addition, to have quality analysis, a pre-test and post-test were conducted using the PPAT. The following statements are the results of this study. First of all, group art treatment using Reality Therapy on parents whose children are currently in kindergarten had significant influence on parenting stress. Secondly, group art treatment using reality therapy on parents whose children are currently in kindergarten had significant influence on parent role activity. This study showed that the group art treatment using proper reality therapy techniques in each session resulted in positive effects on parenting stress and parent role activity. However a low number of subjects were tested, so it is difficult to generalize the results
