The critic capacity is a important concept in Art Education. Its importance is in the increase with the accommodation of the comtemporary art and the visual culture to Art Education in the 21th century's socio-cultural phenomena. It is so necessary to study the construction of the educational objectives and contents in dealing with critic capacity and to study the exploration of its instructional methods. This study presents the following: First, this study purposes to comprehend the concept of critic capacity. We can comprehend it as the capacity to appreciate intelligently and systematically the visual image, the capacity to read thoughtfully and to accept critically, and the capacity to verbalize. Second, referring to the previous studies and the curriculum in art of the foreign countries, this study suggests the construction of the educational objectives and the examples of the educational contents related to critic capacity for each school level. Third, this study explores its instructional methods and shows an example of the classroom practice. Finally, this study raises the problems to solve in the realization of the educational objectives.
